Callendar Business Park is located east of Falkirk town centre and south of the
(Callendar Road/Callendar Boulevard) roundabout. Developed in the 1900s within an
estate landscape, the business park offers a high quality setting for office use.
The site extends to 1.8 ha and represents the last plot on the business park to
south end of Callendar Boulevard and adjacent to a new build recently completed.
The site is designated in the Local Plan and the draft Local Development Plan as
an economic development site. The site is further designated within a wider context
defined by a greenbelt zone and a Site of Importance for Nature Conservation.
Available Financial Assistance
The site is located in an area which eligible projects may attract 15%-35% Regional
Selective Assistance funding. Further information on eligibility of RSA funding
support can be provided.
TIF Supported Enabling Works
The TIF project can provide funds to address enabling infrastructure associated
flood mitigation; road access; utility infrastructure and site preparation.
Local Network Infrastructure
Callendar Business Park is fully serviced and well supported by the existing infrastructure
servicing businesses on Callendar Boulevard.
The existing road network fully supports access to Callendar Business Park. Access
is from the extension on Callendar Boulevard and pedestrian and cycleway networks
are excellent, with two pedestrian access points (Callendar Boulevard and from the
east through the railway underpass) and cycleway provided within the road network.
Public transport corridors also exist on the Callendar Road.
