on the A9, Rosebank is located to the west of Falkirk town centre on the main road
approaching the town from the M876. The buildings are a prominent local landmark.
The site is 1.75 ha in size.
The site is owned by Scottish Canals.
A mixed use development is envisaged consisting of the following:
- studio/workshop office space
- small element of residential
- A further building to be used for cultural/arts

this is reliant on a development plan coming forward.

The site is already well connected with no further infrastructure works planned.
The site benefits from being located on s main road between The Kelpies at The Helix
and The Falkirk Wheel. As such it benefits from high visibility from passing vehicular
and pedestrian/cyclist tourist traffic.
