Situated on the banks of the Forth & Clyde Canal, adjacent to the Rosebank Roundabout
on the A9, Rosebank is located to the west of Falkirk town centre on the main road
approaching the town from the M876. The buildings are a prominent local landmark.

A mixed use development is envisaged consisting of the following:

- small element of residential
- A further building to be used for cultural/arts

Access
The site benefits from being located on s main road between The Kelpies at The Helix
and The Falkirk Wheel. As such it benefits from high visibility from passing vehicular
and pedestrian/cyclist tourist traffic.
