        retail.  54 flats were outlined in the 2009 planning application. No development
        has occurred since then.

    As a private development the Williamson Street area is unlikely to be eligible for
        financial assistance.
    TIF Supported Enabling Works
    Similar to the town centre, wider programmed infrastructure improvements to Junction
        5 and Junction 6 of the M9 will help this site.

    This site is served by road access and is in close proximity to the train stations
        at Falkirk High and Falkirk Grahamston, and the main bus station.

    The site can be accessed from all directions, but primary intercity access is from
        the M9 junctions or from the train stations.
